I've been collecting seashells for as long as I can remember. From east to west, coast to coast, and shore to shore, I always find a treasure to keep, and adore.

Be Still, My Heart

I have been playing with those Heart Cockle Shells AGAIN!

This time in 14k gold filled bliss!

A perfect Valentine for someone special!

This is a short necklace, and the heart shell rests at the hollow of the throat. A nice 14 inch choker, including the width of the top of the shell. The shell is 2 inches long by nearly 2 inches wide. Big and pretty!

Is it weird that I wonder what the animals from the shells taste like? Ya know, COOKED.

I've been wondering just how delicate and delicious a heart cockle must taste!

I am a seafood nut after all, and I know that in other countries they EAT all the goodies from the sea....even these!
I sure would like to find out....would you?

I wonder what it might LOOK like but since am not a seafood kind of gal can't say that I would want to taste it. :) You'll have to let us know if you ever get to taste one :)

Hi Della!!
I am so happy you stopped by my blog! I admitted, I've been bad with blogging, but I am getting it together this year!!! So far, OK. Still many miles to walk, but I think I can do it!!!

Glad to hear it isn't just me who works in a tiny space in the middle of a 8 foot long desk!! LOL!! Really, I work and add stuff to the desk, and keep working and adding until I am in a little hole in the center of madness!!!

Would I like to know what it would taste like? NO! I like certain fish, but when you get into the stuff you are talking about, I am not in favor of that!! However, if you ate it and told me it was delicious, I would try it. Maybe...

This is so feminine and pretty. It's one of my favorite shells...oh my! I think I say that a lot! lol And NO...I don't really wonder about the taste. I guess I like to think they are just shells. Enjoy your day! Wish you were close enough to walk at the Park with me today! I'm off in a bit! Sweet hugs!
